Add a clinic location
Run one clinic from several sites, each with its own hours, while the patient chart stays shared.
Useful for Clinic admin Doctor
- Open Clinic Settings and go to Sites and hours. Under Sites, choose Add a site.
- Enter the Name, Address and Phone, and save.
- Choose Make main on the site bookings should fall back to.
- Under Opening hours, pick a site to give it its own hours. A day without its own hours follows the clinic's; a day can also be Closed for one site.
- Use Who works where to tie a person to a site (lock them to it and they see and book only that site), and Doctor roster for which days each doctor is at which site.
Common questions
Why can I not remove the main site?
The main site is where every booking falls back to. Make another site main first.
How does a doctor say which site they are at today?
When the clinic prints each visit's site address on its documents and has more than one site, At under the clinic name in the side bar lists the sites: choose the one you are at. It starts your bookings and queue there and puts that site's address on documents of a visit with no site of its own. Someone locked to a site does not see it.
