Change a Medical History record

Correct a record's diagnosis, codes, findings or medication, and let the lab findings suggest the diagnosis.

Useful for Doctor Clinic admin

  1. Open the patient's Medical History tab, choose the record, then Edit. The doctor who wrote it can change it; a clinic admin can change a record that only holds lab findings.
  2. Change the Diagnosis (one per line), with an optional ICD-10 code for each line, and the Lab findings, Medication, Recommendation and the two dates.
  3. To have the findings suggest the diagnosis, choose Suggest beside Diagnosis. It reads the lab findings below with the patient's sex, using fixed rules: no AI credits are used. While you type findings, an empty diagnosis (or one still as suggested) is filled in by itself.
  4. Check the suggestion and its reason under the box, change it if you need to, and choose Save.

Common questions

Suggest says no diagnosis was found.

The findings have no value outside its range that the rules know, or no lab values at all (words only). Type the diagnosis yourself.
