Export your clinic's data

Download all your patients and records as open files you can keep.

Useful for Clinic admin Doctor

  1. Open Clinic Settings and go to Data export (clinic admin only).
  2. Choose Export all data and enter your password again, because the file holds every patient record.
  3. It builds in steps and shows its progress.
  4. When it is ready it appears under Your exports, with its contents and size. Choose Download to save the ZIP.

Common questions

How long is the file kept?

For 7 days, then it is deleted. Passwords and other secrets are never included.
