Let front-desk staff order common tests without approval

Skip the doctor's sign-off for a short list of routine tests.

  1. On Clinic Pro (the plan with the in-house lab), open Clinic Settings. On General, go to Lab orders.
  2. Turn on Staff can order listed tests without doctor approval.
  3. In Tests staff may order without approval, list one test per line, spelled as it appears in Order labs.

If an order includes even one test that is not on your list, the whole order goes to a doctor to Approve and sign.
