Set up your lab test list

Choose which tests appear in Order labs, so the picker holds only what your clinic uses.

Useful for Doctor Clinic admin Secretary

  1. In Order labs, star the tests you order often. They collect under My Tests at the top of the picker.
  2. Only my tests hides the rest of the list. It switches itself on when you star your third test, and you can switch it off at any time.
  3. For a test that is not on the list, add it to My Tests from the same window; it is kept for next time.
  4. On a plan with the price list, the list starts empty: a clinic admin opens Billing › Price list and chooses Add common tests to tick the tests the clinic offers, or Add a test for one of its own, then types each Fee and saves. Untick Offered to take a test off Order labs for the whole clinic.

Common questions

Why can the secretary not change My Tests?

In a clinic with one doctor, the secretary follows the doctor's list and can only read it.

Why does a test show in the price list but not in Order labs?

It is not ticked as Offered. Tick it and save.
