Common questions
Does the patient get a portal login when I add them?
No. Send one from the chart's Patient Info with Send setup link. A patient who registers through your self-registration QR gets portal access as part of it.
The camera does not start.
Allow camera access for this site in the browser (the camera icon in the address bar), and close any other program using the camera. The window says which of these it is. You can always Upload a picture instead.
Can I fix the address or the HMO later?
Yes. Everything entered here can be changed on the chart's Patient Info.
