Let patients register themselves

Share your clinic's registration link or QR so new patients fill in their own details.

  1. Open Patients and choose Add patient. The Patient self-registration card is at the top.
  2. Show the QR code at the front desk (choose it to make it larger), or choose Copy link and send the link by message or email.
  3. Open form shows the page exactly as the patient will see it, with your clinic's name and logo.
  4. The patient fills in their details and confirms their email. They get their clinic patient profile and portal access in one go.
  5. Find the new patient in the Patients list and check the details before the visit.

Common questions

Do I still need to add a patient who registered themselves?

No. They appear in the Patients list with their own chart; look it over before the visit.
