Add your signature to documents
Upload or draw the signature that prints on the documents you issue, and place it.
Useful for Doctor Med tech Rad tech Clinic admin
- Open My account. On the Profile tab, the Signature card shows yours as it prints (for a doctor, Med Tech or Rad Tech); choose Add signature or Change signature.
- Choose Upload and pick a clear scan or photo of your signature on white paper (PNG, JPG or WebP), or choose Draw, sign in the box with a mouse, stylus or finger, and choose Save signature. Replace swaps it later.
- Under Where it prints on, pick a document, then set its Size and position.
- Choose Show a sample page to see the real PDF with your signature in place, and Save position when it sits right. Each kind of document keeps its own position.
Common questions
Can I draw my signature on screen?
Yes: choose Draw, sign inside the box (set the Pen thickness first if you like), then Save signature. Clear and redraw starts over. A scan or photo on white paper works too.
