Complete your doctor profile

Your license numbers, specialization, and contact details, which print on your documents.

Useful for Doctor

  1. Open My account (at the bottom of the side bar). On the Profile tab, choose a line under Details to open the details window on it.
  2. Enter your PRC license number (required for a doctor). Add your PTR number and S2 license number if you prescribe controlled drugs.
  3. Fill in your Birthdate. It is used to work out the S2 expiry date printed on a regulated prescription.
  4. Type your Specialization and Subspecialization. Use Credentials for the letters after your name, such as MD.
  5. Check your Mobile number (09XXXXXXXXX) and Recovery email. Changing your own recovery email asks for Your current password, and takes effect once you open the link sent to the new address.
  6. Choose Save. Your document signature is in the same window, below (see the signature guide).

Common questions

My regulated prescription says something is missing.

A regulated prescription needs the numbers it prints, such as your PTR and S2. The warning names what is missing; add it in Edit details and save.

Where does my specialization print?

Under your name on prescriptions, certificates and abstracts, only when the documents' header is set to Doctor's name. You can leave it off for your own account.
