Change your password

Set a new password for your own account.

  1. Open My account › Security. The Password section shows when you last changed it; choose Change password.
  2. In Confirm it's you, enter your current password and choose Continue.
  3. Type the New password: at least 12 characters, with upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol. Type it again in Confirm new password, then choose Change password.
  4. To sign out your other devices without changing your password (a lost phone, a shared computer), choose Sign out everywhere else under Sign-in activity on the same tab and confirm. This device stays signed in; in this browser the classic app asks you to sign in again.

Common questions

My phone is lost. How do I sign it out?

Open My account › Security and choose Sign out everywhere else under Sign-in activity. Every other device is signed out the next time it asks the server. If someone else may know your password, also choose Change password.

I forgot my password.

Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter your username or email, or ask a clinic admin to choose Manage › Send password link on your name in People. Either way you are emailed a link to set a new one.

Complete your doctor profile Your license numbers, specialization, and contact details, which print on your documents. Add your signature to documents Upload or draw the signature that prints on the documents you issue, and place it. Turn on two-step sign-in Protect your account with a code from an authenticator app as well as your password.
